The partnership between associations achieves effectiveness and embodies sustainable development. This has been realized between the Hikma Cultural Association of the Municipality of Talaghma and the Algerian Association for Human Relations and Solidarity 2024.

The partnership between the Hikma Cultural Association of the Municipality of Talaghma and the Algerian Association for Human Relations has successfully established the Girls’ Club for the Environment and Sustainable Development within the community center of Talaghma. This initiative, supported by the Youth and Sports Directorate of Mila and encouraged by the Ministry of Youth and Sports, now under Minister Mustafa Haidawi, aims to continue until 2026, focusing on achieving sustainable development goals and promoting youth entrepreneurship.
Over 300 children and young people have benefited from this initiative, participating in various cultural and recreational activities with an educational focus. These activities aim to promote environmental education and raise awareness about the importance of protecting our planet and climate in Algeria. Through engaging workshops, artistic performances, and interactive sessions, participants have learned about sustainable practices and developed a deeper connection to their environment.
The National Day, held under the high patronage of the Minister of Youth and Sports on July 1, 2024, in the province of Constantine, served as a foundation for guiding the volunteer initiative supported by the Ministry. Both associations affirm that the Ministry of Youth is a key supporter that empowers youth to realize their potential and take an active role in preserving their surroundings for future generations. This holistic approach exemplifies how community efforts can lead to meaningful change and inspire a generation dedicated to environmental stewardship.
