Hebirat AbdeRazak

Summary of Abdel Razak Hebirat Abdel Razak Hebirat was born in 1978 in Ain Oulmane, Sétif Province, Algeria. He holds a Bachelor's degree in Political Science and International Relations from Batna University, which he obtained in 2002. Subsequently, he pursued a Master's degree in Security and Strategic Studies in 2018, followed by another Master's in Regional Studies from Algeria University 3 in 2025. Hebirat has founded several associations, including the Cultural Wisdom Association in the municipality of Télaghma in 2010, and the amateur sports club Olympic Télaghma, which he managed as president until 2020. He also established the National Algerian Association for Relations and Human Solidarity in 2015, and he has been elected as its president to this day. In 2019, Hebirat expressed his intention to run for election under the slogan "Victorious Algeria" with a youth-oriented program aimed at fostering positive change in society. He is also a prominent political figure and the author of a political book titled "When I Became President," in which he shares his insights and perspectives on the political landscape.
